Application Analyst (f/m/x)

Are you someone who takes initiative, assumes responsibility, and drives results?We are seeking an Application Analyst (f/m/d) with a strong business background — ideally in a production environment — who brings a solid understanding of operational processes. This role is not focused on technical expertise; the priority is deep business knowledge and the ability to act as a functional partner.You will serve as the key interface between production, various business units, and IT, ensuring that operational requirements are translated into effective system solutions.Your Responsibilities:Act as the key interface between production departments, other business units, and the ERP implementation partnerGather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they reflect real operational needsTranslate business processes into clear functional specificationsSupport system configuration activities together with the implementation partnerEnsure smooth operations and provide hands-on support for sites already liveConduct trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions with key usersDrive continuous process improvement after go-livePrepare user guides and standard work proceduresYour Profile:3–5 years of experience, ideally in a production or manufacturing environmentStrong process understanding across operational areas (production, supply chain, logistics, etc.)Experience as a key user or functional consultant in an ERP system (D365 F&O is a plus, not a must)Ability to connect with business stakeholders and act as their trusted partnerComfortable working across departments and bridging business needs with system capabilitiesWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 20–30%)Hands-on, proactive mindset with strong communication skillsWhat You Can Expect:A high-impact role at the heart of the international digital transformationThe chance to shape processes and influence how the ERP system is built and usedClose collaboration with an experienced implementation partner and cross-functional teamsStrong learning and development opportunitiesA meaningful position where you help make daily business operations smoother and smarterCompensation & ApplicationThe annual gross salary starts at EUR 65,000, with overpayment possible depending on qualifications and experience.Interested?
