Working seamlessly together with the Service Delivery Coordinators and other resources across organizational boundaries to ensure all aspects and constraints of the applications are understood and have been considered.As Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:Ensuring adherence to the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process by collaborating with Service Delivery Coordinators and Sales to align with client objectives and contract terms (Job Planning and Compliance)Performing offset job analysis and engineering modeling to identify hazards, then design job programs with risk mitigation and contingency plans (Engineering and Risk Assessment)Working with all stakeholders to validate application requirements and ensure proposed solutions meet technical and commercial goals (Cross-Functional Coordination)Providing on-demand support during job execution, document all calculations and changes, and compare planned vs. actual outcomes to capture lessons learned (Execution Support and Documentation)Leading end-to-end incident investigations, determine root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution with all parties (Incident Investigation)Offering technical support to sales teams and recommend suitable technical solutions to meet client needs (Sales & Product Support)Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have bachelor’s in science, technology, engineering or mathematicHave minimum 3 years experience in drilling/drill bits, within the oil and gas industryHave excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing & planning skills, communication and presentation skillsHave strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage, develop, coach, and mentor teams across organizational boundariesAbility to work independently boundaries and be able to be on call outside of normal business hours and to work in a global matrix organizationBe able to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, training, etc.)Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
