Application Product Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid (Once a week RTO)Location: Makati City About the Role:We’re looking for an Application Product Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology. You’ll play a key role in gathering requirements, driving QA processes, and ensuring smooth delivery of application solutions. What You’ll Do: Act as the link between business and technical teams, facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations.Gather and analyze requirements, even when inputs conflict, and translate them into actionable deliverables.Lead QA activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO).Configure and enhance insurance products across client platforms.Perform data analysis and mapping, creating clear documentation and layouts.Support deployments and provide application support to meet SLAs.Collaborate with offshore teams and contribute to Agile sprints. What We’re Looking For: Technical Expertise At least 3 years relevant experience Strong knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher and its core functionalities. Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL (beyond basic CRUD) and SQL scripting. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and ERP systems (Accounts Payable, Receivables). Tools & Processes Hands-on experience with ADO or similar QA/test management tools. Exposure to Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and team facilitation. Collaboration Proven experience in QA, task delegation, and mentoring. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work with diverse teams.
