Application Senior Manager

Rooted in the heart of this land, Nova® continues to set the benchmark for hydration and brand excellence in Saudi Arabia.We’re looking for a Business Application Senior Manager to drive enterprise application design and delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for SAP S/4HANA change requests/interfaces, SAC BI Dashboards, FIORI apps and Magento e-commerce platform (40%).Manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, teams and vendor performance (30%).Translate business needs into innovative, scalable technology solutions by evaluating multiple options within SAP and other providers.Drive AI adoption and Digital Twin opportunities by applying design thinking.Mentor, manage and guide developers, functional consultants, and analysts (30%).Ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant applications.Qualifications:Bachelor of Computer Science/Software Engineering/ IT or any related field.10–20 years of experience in application management, SAP S/4HANA, eCommerce, BI Analytics and others.Certifications: SAP S/4HANA Finance/Supply Chain (preferred), PMP or equivalent (must have), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, preferred).Strong Vendor and stakeholder management experience.Proven project management, leadership, and solution architecture skills.Proactive communication and c-level presentation skills.Decent programming background (SQL, Java, PHP, .Net etc.).Arabic language is a must.You will:Lead strategic enterprise applications in a growing organization.Work with cutting-edge SAP and eCommerce technologies.Drive AI and Digital Twin initiatives.
