Here, you don’t just stay at the forefront of the industry – you can make a difference too.Job SummaryTo provide end-to-end support for the Quantum Treasury Management System (TMS) and related platforms (SWIFT, RENTAS, ALM, Intellimatch), ensuring smooth daily operations, system availability, compliance reporting, and support for enhancements, upgrades, and audits. The role serves as a key liaison between Treasury Front/Middle/Back Office, IT teams, vendors, and regulators.Job ResponsibilitiesSystem & Application SupportProvide daily Level 1 and 2 support for Quantum and integrated Treasury platforms (SWIFT, ALM, Intellimatch, etc.).Monitor system health, batch processing, and trade workflows; resolve operational incidents in a timely manner.Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain incident logs.Coordinate with vendor (ION/Quantum) on patches, fixes, and troubleshooting escalations.Enhancements & ProjectsParticipate in system upgrade projects, patch testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment cycles.Support interface development and integration with downstream systems (e.g., Risk, Finance, Core Banking).Collaborate with internal teams on automation, compliance, and reporting enhancements (e.g., MFRS9, LCR, BNM reports).Governance & DocumentationEnsure proper documentation of configuration changes, user access logs, and batch job schedules.Assist in internal and external audits; prepare system walk-throughs, audit trails, and compliance reports.Adhere to change management, SDLC, and IT security policies.Stakeholder EngagementLiaise with Treasury users (Front, Middle, Back Office) to understand system gaps and enhancement needs.Provide user training, prepare SOPs/user guides, and assist in new system feature rollouts.Act as the system subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for Quantum-related matters.Job RequirementsMinimum 5–10 years’ experience in application support, ideally with Quantum/ION and Treasury operations.Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.Professional certification in Treasury Systems, ITIL, or Project Management is an advantage.Hands-on experience with system support, vendor coordination, compliance reporting, and audit engagement.Familiar with financial products (FX, MM, Fixed Income), system architecture, and integration protocols (SWIFT, FIX).Strong problem-solving, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, or other reporting tools preferred.Ability to handle pressure and support time-sensitive Treasury operations.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Quantum (ION), SWIFT Alliance, RENTAS, Intellimatch, ALM (Risk & Liquidity), Murex (optional)
