Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our SAAS solutions. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Min3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in the SAAS industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Knowledge of the Malaysian market and business landscape is highly desirable.
