Application Support Engineer

Novigo is hiring for Application Support Engineers for a reputed finance company in Jeddah, Saudi. Job Title: Application Support AnalystLocation: JeddahJob Summary: Provide technical and functional support for business applications, ensuring smooth operations, quick issue resolution, and minimal downtime. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance application performance.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support critical business applications.Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner.Perform application configuration, testing, and deployment support.Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure system stability.Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions.Participate in system upgrades, patches, and release management.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.2–5 years of experience in application or production support.Strong SQL and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in Arabic Language
