Application Support Engineer

Application Production SupportApplication Production Support ensures the application production on both the technical and functional support part. He/she is the guarantor of the maintenance in operational conditions of the service. He/She ensures the smooth running of processes (batch, transfer, ...) and the proper functioning of applications (relevant business data, functional result, correct execution of application workflows ...). In a context of increasing changes, he/she manages the various releases on his/her perimeter. He/She intervenes not only in the event of incidents to restore service but also preventively through data analysis and automation to improve service quality and user experience. He/she acts as an expert with ITOps in particular on production and infrastructure requirementsFunction description Provide technical and functional support to usersSupervise the technical and functional components of the application Orchestrate and manage the various releases on its perimeterCreate and enrich the application's document repository.Maintain operating proceduresAnalyze, measure and improve the performance of the technical and functional components of the application in order to improve the user experienceAchieve technical integration of applications by leveraging existing products and services to reduce implementation timeManage requests for functional evolutions Telework Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworkingRequirement Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experienceFrench OptionalDutch OptionalEnglish Good    You have at least 2-3 years experienceIn-depth knowledge of IT operating tools as : CA Automation SCHEDULERMIDDLEWARE AXWAY TRANSFER CFTPRODUCTION TOOLS Service Now Knowledge of infrastructures and technical tools asLINUX OPERATING SYSTEMIT SHELL LANGUAGEMIDDLEWARE (ANSIBLE, MQ Series, NGINX, ...)API MANAGEMENTPRODUCTION TOOLS, DYNATRACEJAVA/springboot troubleshootingUser supportPreferable Knowledge of IT production resilience procedures: DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan), BCP (Business Continuity Plan), HA (High Availability) ...ITILGood business knowledge on its application scope. Knowledge of IT and Cyber securityManagement of production operationsSoft skills  Be results-orientedAbility to collaborate/team workBe customer-orientedAbility to inspire others and generate engagement
