Job Description
Hiring for a leading IT company in Egypt. We’re looking for an "Application Support " to join a fast growing tech team providing smart software solutions and top notch customer support.Job Describtion:Provide second-line support for web-based applications.Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues.Reproduce and report bugs; escalate to developers when needed.Communicate with clients and internal users to provide technical help.Monitor system logs and performance to detect potential problems early.Use SQL for checking or analyzing data during troubleshooting.Support UAT and assist in onboarding new clients.Document common issues, fixes, and FAQs for future reference.Suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in Application or Technical Support.Good understanding of web applications and databases (SQL Server / MySQL).Experience with ticketing systems (like Jira or ServiceNow) Good command of English (spoken & written).Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
