Role Description This is a full-time 30-40 hours per week, on-site role for an Apprentice Electrician, 2nd or 3rd Year in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area. The Apprentice Electrician will assist with general electrical work, maintenance and repair tasks, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting senior electricians in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves participating in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications Understanding of fundamental electrical engineering concepts, knowledge in electrical work, and hands-on experience with electricityExperience in routine maintenance and repair, as well as troubleshooting electrical issuesAbility to adhere to safety regulations and proceduresStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and grow within the fieldAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in residential and commercial electrical services is a must Completion of relevant electrical apprenticeship programs or courses
