This cohort will give students hands-on exposure to real client projects, internal tools, and delivery processes while receiving structured mentorship and training from experienced Domaine team members.Our goal is to identify, train, and hire high-potential talent — with opportunities for full-time roles upon successful completion, or support in securing opportunities with partner companies.Program Dates: The cohort is planned to launch in March 2026. Upon successful completion, high-performing interns may be offered a part-time or full-time role as Project Manager at Domaine, the world’s largest independent Shopify agency.This is a self-directed learning environment, especially during the early weeks of the program. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to take initiative, manage their own learning progress, seek out answers, and know when to ask for help. This internship is designed to simulate the autonomy expected of full-time contributors on the Domaine team.During The Internship, Participants WillAssist Project Managers with task coordination, status updates, and meeting notesParticipate in project discovery, client communications, and sprint planningHelp track deliverables, timelines, and project milestones using internal toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, QA, and StrategySupport documentation and quality assurance during project launchesLearn and apply best practices for managing digital product teamsCompensationPaid 12-week internship with optional academic creditUpon successful completion, candidates may be considered for a paid Project Manager and other related positionsAccess to mentorship, workshops, and industry-recognized training materialsStipend for work-related tools and internet if applicableWe are an Equal Opportunity employer.
