The role within Aqurance: The Personal Assistant is a person responsible for providing personalized secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, in a well-organized and timely manner. The appropriate candidate will be responsible to:
Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travelWork daily with the CEO supervising the International and local Business, Sales progress by following up on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressureOrganize and prioritizes information and calls.
Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questionsTake notes at meetings to produce detailed texts and meeting minutesEdit own texts or other documents for correct grammar, spelling and punctuation (in Greek and English)Sort and distribute mail on behalf of the CEOType and design general correspondences, memos, charts, excel tables, and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs by collecting and analyzing informationResearch, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or responsePrioritize conflicting needs, handling matters proactivelyAssist with travel arrangements, accommodation, and meal planningDoes the following describe you?A superb communicator and analytical thinker with exceptional administrative skills. At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar roleBSc in Business Administration or relatedFast typing skills > 60 wpm; using a touch typing system is a plusExcellent administrative and organizational skills, maintaining a realistic balance among multiple prioritiesFluency in English language (oral & written). A bilingual speaker is preferableProficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPointTech-savvy with the ability to handle office gadgets and applicationsHandle pressure in a wide variety of activitiesCredible personality who handles confidential information with discretionPrevious working experience in a corporate environment is essential. Related professional certifications are welcome.
Excellent command of the Greek and English languages is required.
