Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of AR Order to Cash - Malaysia (Sunway Geo Tower)In this role, you will be an AR (OTC), focus on involves managing a company's outstanding invoices, ensuring timely customer payments by generating invoices, tracking due dates, following up on overdue accounts, resolving payment disputes, and maintaining accurate customer account records, ultimately contributing to the company's cash flow by collecting owed revenueResponsibilitiesHandling unapplied cash: Unapplied/unidentified payment investigation & Cash collected at the month end.Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers promptlyQuery Resolution (Simple cases)Emails to underwriting team to solve registration related issuesGenerate and send customer invoices.Apply customer payments to accounts receivable.Reconcile accounts receivable and prepare reportsSupport month-end close activitiesCoordinating query resolution/dispute management: Verbal & Written Communication with client and related departments.Receivables management (aging, overdue reports, SOAs, etc)Customer data managementFollow established policies & procedures as laid out in SOPs and other relevant process documents.Identification and application of straight through Cash.Eagerness to learn new processMinimum qualificationsGraduate in finance and accounting or relevantAt least 1-5 years relevant Experience of working in Order to Cash processGood command of both spoken and written EnglishWilling to work a morning shift (4am-1pm)Preferred qualificationsExcellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly in all levels within the organization.Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially in Excel).Preferably knowledgeable in SAP.Keen attention to details skills.Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlinesGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
