Our Client is one of the global leaders in Electrical Energy Industry, As part of the growing team, we are looking for a R&D Manager.About the RoleReport to both the Turkish and foreign headquarters.Collaborate closely with an experienced manager from Spain during the first year.Take on broader responsibilities and leadership potential after the first year.Actively participate in transformer manufacturing and testing processes.Translate customer requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to R&D and product development initiatives.Monitor quality control, testing, and compliance with international standards.Lead process improvement and efficiency projects.Coordinate with global teams and prepare technical and operational reports.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee production and testing of medium/high-voltage transformers.Ensure compliance with IEC and other relevant standards.Manage quality control, documentation, and test procedures.Coordinate with production, supply chain, and maintenance teams.Drive continuous improvement and process optimization projects.Support R&D and new product development activities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.Strong command of English (written and spoken).Knowlegde in designing middle and high voltage transformers.Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in problem-solving and project management.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Open to learning, growth, and taking on greater responsibility over time.
