With a portfolio exceeding AED 15 billion across Dubai’s most prestigious developments, Binghatti continues to transform the city’s skyline and set new standards for innovation and excellence in real estate.Job Purpose:The Arabic Copywriter will play a key role in crafting compelling, precise, and engagingwritten content across Binghatti’s marketing campaigns and communication channels.Working within the in-house marketing department, this role supports the existing contentteam and collaborates closely with designers, videographers, and marketing managers toensure all copy reflects Binghatti’s brand identity, tone, and creative direction. Thecopywriter will also assist the PR & Communications team when required, ensuring brandmessaging remains consistent across all public touchpoints.Roles, Responsibilities & Duties:• Develop creative, high-quality copy for marketing campaigns, digital platforms,social media, and advertising materials.• Create impactful headlines, taglines, and campaign messages in collaboration withthe design and creative teams for still ads.• Support the marketing department with copy for presentations, project invites,event scripts (MC scripts), WhatsApp and SMS campaigns, emailers, and internalcommunications.• Conceptualize and write engaging video scripts tailored for UAE and internationalaudiences, including campaigns and global roadshows.• Assist the PR & Communications team in drafting press releases, articles,speeches, and corporate statements when required.• Research and stay updated on cultural, real estate, and market trends to producerelevant and resonant content.• Develop content for diverse property segments lifestyle, investment, andcommercial, aligning with Binghatti’s tone and target audiences.• Work collaboratively with the current content team to maintain consistentmessaging across all creative and marketing assets.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.• Native or fluent command of Arabic and English both written and spoken.• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and cultural landscape.Experience & Competencies:Proven experience in real estate marketing, property advertising, or withincreative/advertising agencies.• Ability to adapt tone, messaging, and writing style across multiple campaigns andaudiences.• Familiarity with digital, social media, and multimedia content formats.• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail andbrand consistency.• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely withthe content, design, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.• Creative thinker with a deep understanding of cultural nuance and storytelling inluxury and commercial real estate.Why Work for UsAt Binghatti, we don’t just build properties – we build legacies.
