Brothers Engineering BD is looking for ArchitectJob Description / ResponsibilityDevelop architectural concepts and detailed designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-RAY rendering or similar software.Create and present architectural drawings such as master plans, floor plans, sections, and elevations.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional, aesthetic designs.Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and other relevant team members to ensure design consistency and feasibility.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide design clarifications or adjustments as needed.Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.Maintain project timelines and deliverables within deadlines.Prepare presentation boards, 3D renders, and other materials for client meetings or approvals.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, SketchUp, Auto CAD 2D 3D, LUMION, Vray render, Good communication skills in both English and BanglaExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Engineering Firms,Architecture Firm,Interior Design,HVAC SystemJob LocationDhaka (Dakshinkhan)
