Architect

Job Objective:To design, coordinate, and implement architectural projects in accordance with technical and regulatory standards, with a focus on preparing property unit subdivision plans (Unit Title Deeds) and ensuring compliance with official authorities’ requirements.Key Responsibilities:Prepare architectural designs and drawings for residential and commercial projects.Prepare and submit Property Unit Subdivision (Fracturing) documents in accordance with the General Real Estate Authority requirements and the Real Estate Unit Ownership Law.Review drawings to ensure compliance with municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code.Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical).Conduct site visits and ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings.Prepare technical reports, working drawings, and ensure timely delivery.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into practical and aesthetic designs.Contribute to improving design quality and workflow efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.Property Unit Subdivision Certificate (Mandatory).2 to 3 years of experience in the architectural field or with engineering consultancy offices.Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop).Good knowledge of municipal regulations and the Saudi Building Code.Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
