Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Baku. The Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design processes, managing project developments, and collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality results. Daily tasks include designing innovative structures, integrating software tools for enhanced design efficiency, and ensuring projects align with client expectations and regulations. Additionally, the Architect may be involved in coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring project timelines. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong creative and practical approach to design.Experience in Software Development and Integration to utilize technology effectively in project execution.Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to coordinate teams, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field required; a master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.Knowledge of local building regulations and standards is highly beneficial.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
