Our projects demonstrate excellence and a dedication to ensuring client satisfaction through innovative practices and transparent collaboration.Key Responsibilities:·       Research, plans, designs and administer building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials. ·       Determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.·       Plans layout of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for review and approval.·       Prepares scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.·       Conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.Requirements:·       Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. ·       Experience with REVIT Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows and coordination.·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, preferably with large-scale commercial or institutional projects.
