Architect / Design Supervisor

We are seeking a Design Supervisor in Engineering department to lead architectural design reviews for new restaurants and renovation projects. This role ensures compliance with brand standards, enhances operational efficiency, and elevates customer experience. Also will collaborate with licensees, consultants, and cross-functional teams while providing technical guidance and creative input for development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Review & SupervisionReview architectural drawings for compliance with brand standards, production flow, and customer experience requirements.Provide technical comments and ensure timely milestone submissions.Conduct site visits to verify design plan and coach Design Coordinators.Cross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Operations, Engineering, Brand, Customer Experience, and Food Safety teams.Support updates to design standards and technical guidelines.Creativity & DevelopmentContribute creative ideas for restaurant designs, remodeling, and new concepts.Prepare concept drawings, test-fit layouts, and feasibility assessments.Evaluate new fixtures, materials, and equipment for design impact.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in architecture.3–6 years' experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality architectural design.Strong design review and coordination skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and illustration tools.Knowledge of QSR layout and operational requirements.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.Project management expertise.Important Note: Portfolio required with Your CV as part of the initial shortlisting.
