Architect Engr – Technical Office

Duties and responsibilities:• Prepare architectural drawings and plans in accordance with project requirements and technical specifications.• Review and approve working drawings and ensure they comply with architectural designs and standards.• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and technical reports supporting projects.• Coordinate with implementation and procurement teams to ensure the availability of necessary materials and technical details.• Provide technical support to contractors and site teams during the implementation phases.• Monitor compliance with schedules and control costs during project implementation.• Prepare and update periodic progress reports and submit them to senior management.• Contribute to developing technical solutions to problems that may arise during implementation.• Ensure that quality and occupational safety standards are applied throughout all stages of work.Required qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in architecture from a recognized university.• At least 5–10 years of practical experience in the technical office of architectural projects.• Proficiency in the use of design and engineering drawing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.• Good knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.• Fluency in spoken and written English.Required skills:• Excellent analytical and organizational skills for preparing drawings and quantity schedules.• Effective communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.• Ability to solve problems and make technical decisions quickly.• Accuracy and attention to detail in all stages of work.• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
