We are looking for a creative and strategic designer to shape our visual identity and translate our complex technical value into a compelling and user-friendly digital experience.Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to own the creation and evolution of our company's visual brand. Your primary focus will be on designing a modern, high-converting website and a impactful logo that effectively communicates our position as a trusted partner in the CRM and ERP space. You will be the key architect of our user's first digital impression, making complex software solutions feel intuitive and accessible.Key Responsibilities1. Logo & Brand Identity Design:Lead the redesign (or creation) of our company logo, ensuring it is modern, scalable, and reflects our core values of trust, innovation, and efficiency.Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand style guide, including typography, color palette, iconography, and usage guidelines.Design complementary marketing collateral (social media graphics, presentation templates, digital ads) that adhere to the new brand identity.2. Website Design & User Experience (UX):Design a visually stunning, responsive, and highly functional website for Engineering Technology.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to map out the user journey, focusing on intuitive navigation and clear information architecture.Translate complex CRM and ERP features and benefits into clear, engaging, and persuasive visual content.Design key landing pages for lead generation, product features, case studies, and "Request a Demo" conversions.Ensure the design is optimized for lead capture and aligns with our sales and marketing funnels.Collaborate with web developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your designs.3. Strategic & Collaborative Work:Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand target audiences (IT managers, business owners, C-level executives) and design to meet their needs.Incorporate UX principles and data (like heat-maps) to inform design decisions and improve conversion rates.Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, effectively communicating how your work supports business objectives.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, and UI/UX design.A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent logo design and website design projects, preferably for B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.Proficiency in industry-standard design software:Logo & Vector Graphics: Adobe IllustratorUI/UX & Prototyping: Figma (strongly preferred), Adobe XD, or SketchImage Editing: Adobe PhotoshopSolid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).Ability to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, color theory, and composition.Strong communication and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications (The "Ideal Candidate")Experience designing for CRM, ERP, or other complex enterprise software companies.Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to code, but to understand developer constraints).Experience with creating animated graphics (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Lottie) for web.Knowledge of marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.Experience working with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).What We OfferA competitive salary and benefits package.The opportunity to define and build the visual identity of a growing tech company.A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume, a link to your online portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the perfect fit for this role and how your experience aligns with the needs of a CRM/ERP solutions company.Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
