If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take pride in crafting exceptional spaces, we’d love to work with you.Why Join HIVE?Innovate Boldly: Be part of a trailblazing startup that’s reshaping the housing industry with luxury modular designs.Collaborate Passionately: Work alongside a team of visionaries dedicated to excellence and pushing creative boundaries.Grow Continuously: Thrive in a culture that values learning, fosters growth, and celebrates unique ideas.Make an Impact: Your work will directly contribute to creating groundbreaking homes that inspire and elevate lifestyles.As an Architect at Hive Modular, your role will include the following:Design & DevelopmentCollaborate to create and refine architectural concepts for high-end modular homes.Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation with precision and adherence to design intent.Ensure all outputs align with Hive’s standards for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.BIM Operations (ArchiCAD)Develop and manage comprehensive BIM models to maintain accuracy and consistency across project documentation.Support coordination between disciplines through effective model management and version control.Continuously optimize BIM workflows for efficiency and scalability.Collaboration & CoordinationWork closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.Communicate design intent clearly across teams to maintain project cohesion from concept to construction.Creative Problem-SolvingAnalyze design challenges and propose innovative, practical solutions.Participate in design reviews and workshops to enhance modular design outcomes.VisualizationUse Twinmotion or similar tools to produce engaging 3D visualizations and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design concepts.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, preferably from a recognized or top-tier academic institution.Licensed Architect (PRC required). Must be eligible to sign and seal drawings for permit submissions; professional liability coverage provided under Hive’s policy.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably with a strong portfolio in high-end residential or modular projects.Proficient in BIM software, ideally ArchiCAD; working knowledge of other design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively across design, construction, and client teams.Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex design challenges into practical, buildable solutions.Experience in Twinmotion or similar visualization tools for architectural renderings is an advantage.Adaptable and proactive, with a willingness to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.What’s in It for You?Flexibility That Works: Enjoy a hybrid setup blending in-office collaboration with remote work convenience.
