Job Description

Responsibilities Design and produce high-quality, conversion-focused graphics for e-commerce platforms (banners, promo tiles, category pages, livestream visuals, GIFs, landing pages, etc.). Create consistent, compelling product images, including lifestyle shots, infographics, and feature highlights. Enhance product pages with icons, badges (e.g., “Bestseller,” “New Arrival”), and comparison charts Design UI elements (buttons, icons, navigation graphics) to improve overall UX. Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, Google Display ads, and retargeting banners. Develop engaging, mobile-responsive, on-brand visuals. Create visuals for sales promos, holiday campaigns, and product launches. Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity across all e-commerce channels. Follow brand guidelines for typography, color, and imagery to ensure consistency. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and update brand guidelines as needed. Edit, color-correct, and retouch product photos for a professional, consistent look. Remove backgrounds and create clean product cutouts. Produce composite images and mockups to showcase products in use. Work with marketing to align designs with campaign goals and target audiences. Coordinate with the E-commerce Account team to ensure designs are feasible, compliant, and implemented correctly. Collaborate with brand managers to highlight key product features. Work with the Livestream team to ensure graphics meet Livestream requirements. Partner with the Media Buying team to create visuals that drive engagement and impressions. Use data and A/B testing to optimize graphics for higher conversions. Stay updated on e-commerce design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Graphic Design related course.2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce and digital design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva is essential. Strong understanding of fundamental design principles (layout, typography, color theory, composition). Experience with photo editing and retouching. Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile design. Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
