The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural projects, creating detailed plans, and collaborating with team members to execute high-quality designs. Daily tasks will include project management, integrating engineering concepts, and ensuring architectural designs meet client standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires creativity, precision, and excellent coordination with various stakeholders.QualificationsExpertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in creating innovative and functional designs.Knowledge in Project Management, with the ability to organize, oversee, and deliver projects effectively on time.Proficiency in Software Development, specifically for architecture-related tools and platforms.Experience in Integration, including the ability to collaborate across disciplines and incorporate diverse systems into designs.Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Educational background in Architecture or a related field, with relevant certifications.Experience with real estate development or collaboration with municipal institutions is a plus.
