Your focus will be improving key user journeys end-to-end, which means designing and delivering high-quality product experiences, driving research and structured discovery, and creating development-ready design outputs. You'll work with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analytics/Research partners to ship intuitive, compliant, and impactful investor-facing features that support our mission of making investing accessible and transparent.This role reports to the Design Team Lead and is a key hire for strengthening our Product & Engineering organization.You will:Design and deliver polished product experiences across onboarding, deposits, investing, reporting, and portfolio flowsTranslate financial and regulatory constraints into clear, intuitive user journeysMaintain consistent quality and platform-appropriate behaviour across mobile and webRun discovery activities: framing problems, defining hypotheses, prototyping, and validating early concepts; use behavioural data in collaboration with analysts to inform decisions and define success metricsConduct user interviews, usability tests, and competitor/heuristic analyses, as well as contribute to A/B test design and post-release iterationProduce flows, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes ready for development, as well as concise specs, edge-case handling, and design system-aligned documentationYour Professional Skills And BackgroundMust-haves 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer delivering end-to-end featuresHands-on experience with Figma, UX/UI design, interaction design, information architecture, and mobile app + web designAbility to run usability tests, synthesise insights, and improve flows based on data, as well as experience using and contributing to a design systemAbility to communicate clearly with designers, PMs, engineers, and compliance partnersNice-to-havesExperience with fintech, banking, or regulated industries, and also with localisation/multi-market designBackground in motion design, advanced prototyping, or dashboards/data visualisation, as well as A/B testing or experimentationKnowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standardsWorkshop facilitation or structured discovery experienceWhat We Offer💸Competitive salary and stock options.
