Our in-house team of architects and engineers delivers full project services – from concept and permitting to detailed and as-built documentation – using BIM and 3D coordination to ensure quality, speed and technical precision.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time Architect / Project Architect – Buildings & Facilities to join our team in Sofia (on-site). You will lead and coordinate architectural design packages for projects in Bulgaria and the EU, working closely with our structural, MEP and infrastructure engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design from concept through detailed design and construction documentationPrepare planning and permitting packages in line with Bulgarian regulationsDevelop drawings, details, specifications and schedules in Revit/AutoCADCoordinate with in-house engineering disciplines and external consultantsParticipate in client meetings, design reviews and presentationsProvide support during construction (RFIs, shop drawings, site visits when needed)QualificationsBachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture preferred experience in building design (public, residential, industrial or logistics projects)Skills in AutoCAD, Revit, ArhiCad, D5, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Suite, Slack are an advantageGood understanding of Bulgarian planning and building regulationsExcellent organization, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary teamFluency in Bulgarian and working knowledge of English (spoken and written)What We OfferOpportunity to work on large-scale and technically challenging projects in Bulgaria and abroadStable, long-term role in a growing office with in-house engineering expertiseCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses (exact range can be discussed in interview)Support for professional development, trainings and licensingModern office environment in Sofia and a collaborative team cultureHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV and portfolio (PDF, up to 10–15 pages) to: careers@msintez.com .
