The role involves developing conceptual and detailed architectural projects for luxury residential buildings, villas, and mixed-use complexes in Bulgaria and Turkey .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop concept, schematic, and detailed designs for high-end residential and mixed-use projects.Coordinate with engineers, interior designers, and investors to ensure project alignment.Prepare BIM models, drawings, and documentation in compliance with European standards.Participate in design reviews, presentations, and visual communication with stakeholders.Ensure architectural integrity, functionality, and sustainability across all design phases.RequirementsBachelor's or Master’s degrees in Architecture or similarMinimum 5 years of experience with residential or mixed-use projects.Advanced proficiency in Archicad (BIM) is a MUST - an Archicad test will be performed during the hiring processSketchUp Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)Twinmotion / Lumion / Enscape for visualization and presentationSolid understanding of BIM coordination, façade detailing, and building systems.Strong visual communication and teamwork skills.AdvantagesExperience in luxury interior design and architecture for coastal or mountain areas.Knowledge of sustainable building and energy efficiency (LEED, BREEAM, Passive House).
