Architect, Urban Planner and 3D Visualization

Position: Architect / Urban Planner / 3D VisualizationPlace: Hanoi 1/ Architect:Working closely with the project leaders of G8A. The Architect will ensure design production from concept stage, technical stage to completion, as well as coordination with consultants and contractors for an ongoing project in Vietnam and oversea.What you need:Degree in Architecture.3-5 years minimum of experience in international corporate architecture offices.Excellent Autocad skills.Highly developed skills in building design technical detailing (façade detailing is a plus).Experience on site supervision and coordination with other consultants.You:Are pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a complex and international environment.Speak fluently Vietnamese and English / French both oral and written.Have full understanding and knowledge of Vietnamese and international construction standards and regulations.Are confident with deadlines and organizational skills2/ Urban Planner:Working closely with project leaders of G8A, the Urban Planner will ensure design production from concept design to completion, managing relationships with clients and consultants for ongoing projects in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and the rest of Vietnam.What you need:Degree in Urban Planning or Architecture having specialized in Urban Planning and Design.3 years minimum experienceExcellent Autocad, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft.Developed experience in urban design, architecture, and landscape fields.Experience in coordination with consultants.You:Are pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a complex and international environment.Are fluent in Vietnamese and English both oral and written.Have full understanding and knowledge of Vietnamese standards and regulations.Are confident with deadlines and organizational skills.3/ 3D Visualization SpecialistPosition for a talented 3D Visualization Specialist with excellent rendering and Photoshop skills, who can combine technical skills with creativity.
