Join us to Play, Grow and Win – together.ResponsibilitiesABOUT THE POSITION Support the Producer in planning, scheduling and overseeing projects to ensure milestones are delivered on time and meet quality expectations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Art, Tech) to define tasks, track progress, and maintain smooth project workflows. Communicate proactively with international and Chinese-speaking clients on project status, schedules, feedback, and requirements. Translate and localize project-related documents, emails, and meeting notes between English and Chinese to ensure clear and accurate communication. Attend meetings with Chinese clients to bridge communication, clarify expectations, and support effective collaboration between clients and internal teams. Identify and escalate production risks during production and work with the Producer to propose practical solutions. Foster teamwork and morale by motivating team members and supporting a positive working environment. Assist in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future production processes. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production, operations, or a related role. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 5–6) and English (IELTS 6.5 or above). Strong planning and organizational skills in managing tasks, timelines, and people. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities. Experience in art production or game development is a strong plus. Passion for games and understanding of gaming culture is an advantage.
