The role involves designing architectural and interior spaces, preparing construction drawings and submittals, and collaborating with teams to ensure project goals are met. Responsibilities include engaging with project stakeholders, coordinating design processes, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) for project development and visualization. The role requires a balance of architectural creativity and technical proficiency to deliver exceptional design solutions.QualificationsProficiency in Architecture and Interior DesignExperience with Submittals and Construction DrawingsStrong Project Management skills, including coordinating tasks and meeting deadlinesFamiliarity with Singapore’s building regulations and standards is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with clients and team membersStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
