Job DescriptionReport to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on siteMonitor and coordinate the works of subcontractorsCoordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of worksHandling technical and engineering problems on siteResponsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on siteLiaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of workEnsure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk JobRequirementsDiploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institutionMinimum 2 year of local working experience in residential building projectsBCSS certificate is a must.Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulationsFamiliar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
