Architectural Designer

We are looking for a recent graduate with an architectural or built environment background, someone who is familiar with building physics and has experience using software tools such as AutoCAD and InDesign. You will be a team player and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role so travel into the office will be required a couple of days a week.ResponsibilitiesProduce technical drawings including floor plans and thermal bridging details in AutoCAD.Prioritise workload to align with the scheduled pipeline, considering Internal stakeholders, Installers and customer availability.Understand and maintain knowledge of industry developments in regard to Retrofit Design, PAS2035, PAS2030:2023 and RdSAP.Maintain and continually develop internal design templates.Support the Planning Permission and Approvals process for Community Home Solutions.
