Company DescriptionThis Won’t End Me (TWEM) is a creative nonprofit raising awareness for endometriosis and menstrual health through art, storytelling, and education. Our work spans exhibitions, workshops, creative campaigns, and educational resources that make menstrual and reproductive health visible, inclusive, and understood.We’re a small but growing cross-country team (UK & Canada) passionate about empowering people to share their stories and advocate for their wellbeing.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Volunteer Administrative & Creative Assistant to support the CEO and wider team in keeping projects, events, and communications organized.This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about women’s and menstrual health, and who has either a strong administrative background or qualification, or a creative/graphic design background that they’d like to apply to meaningful advocacy work.You’ll help streamline systems, coordinate schedules, assist with research and outreach, and contribute to creative content and project materials.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportManage Google Drive folders, calendars, and shared filesAssist with meeting scheduling and note-takingSupport event logistics and email communicationsTrack project timelines and deliverablesCreative & Communications SupportAssist with Canva or slide design for social content, proposals, and presentationsDraft short copy for events, social posts, or reportsConduct light research on grants, partners, and collaboratorsQualificationsExperience in admin, communications, or creative project coordinationStrong organization and communication skillsInterest in women’s health, menstrual health, or reproductive wellbeingComfortable working remotely with a small nonprofit teamProficiency with Google Workspace and CanvaBonus: Familiarity with Asana, Squarespace, or social media scheduling toolsWhat You'll GainHands-on experience in nonprofit operations and creative health advocacyMentorship and collaboration within a cross-country teamOpportunities to contribute to exhibitions, workshops, and campaignsPortfolio-building experience and the potential to transition into a paid positionPlease send:A short paragraph about why you’re passionate about women’s health and interested in TWEMYour CV or LinkedIn profile(Optional) A short portfolio or sample of creative/admin workEmail applications to thanaicaesar@thiswontendme.com with the subject line: Volunteer Assistant Application – [Your Name]Applications close 22 November 2025.
