دعم الفريق المعماري في إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والتصميمية باستخدام البرامج الحديثة، وتحويل الأفكار والمخططات الأولية إلى ملفات رقمية دقيقة، بالإضافة إلى إنتاج رندرات وصور ثلاثية الأبعاد واقعية تدعم العروض التقديمية للمشاريع.Supporting the architectural team in preparing working and design drawings using modern software, converting initial ideas and plans into accurate digital files, and producing realistic 3D renderings and images to support project presentations.·•            إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية والمعمارية التفصيلية لمشاريع الشركة حسب التوجيهات المعمارية.•            تحويل المخططات اليدوية والملاحظات إلى ملفات رقمية دقيقة باستخدام برامج التصميم.•            إعداد المخططات المعمارية (مساقط – واجهات – مقاطع – تفاصيل)•            إعداد المخططات الخاصة بالعروض التقديمية والمناقصات والموافقات الحكومية.•            تصميم النماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد (3D) باستخدام برامج مثل SketchUp أو Revit.•            إنتاج رندرات واقعية باستخدام Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray حسب متطلبات المشروع.•            تنسيق العمل مع فريق التصميم الداخلي والتسويق لضمان توحيد الطابع البصري للمشاريع.•            أرشفة وحفظ الملفات الفنية حسب نظام الشركة.أداء أي مهام يكلف بها من قبل الرئيس المباشر مرتبطة بطبيعة مسؤولياته.• Prepare detailed working and architectural drawings for the company's projects according to architectural guidelines.• Convert manual drawings and notes into accurate digital files using design software.• Prepare architectural plans (plans, facades, sections, details).• Prepare plans for presentations, tenders, and government approvals.• Design 3D models using software such as SketchUp or Revit.• Produce realistic renderings using Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray according to project requirements.• Coordinate with the interior design and marketing team to ensure a unified visual character for projects.• Archive and maintain technical files according to the company's system.Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor related to the nature of their responsibilities.
