Our comprehensive approach aims to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Architectural Draftsman based in Phường Cát Lái. The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for creating and detailing architectural drawings, construction drawings, and planning documents. The role also entails collaborating with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure precision and meeting client requirements. Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with project standards are key aspects of the day-to-day tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction DrawingsStrong understanding of Architecture and Planning conceptsExpertise in Drawing and related technical skillsFamiliarity with architectural drafting software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or RevitAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamDetail-oriented with excellent time management skillsExperience in the Construction or Design industry is an advantageDegree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related fieldVai trò:- Triển khai bản vẽ kỹ thuật chi tiết, khai triển đúng chuẩn để thi công & sản xuất; phối hợp kiểm tra nghiệm thu thực tế. Nhiệm vụ:− Triển khai bản vẽ chi tiết theo thiết kế của concept.− Kiểm tra kỹ thuật bản vẽ, hạn chế sai sót cho thi công & xưởng.− Chuẩn bị hồ sơ shopdrawing, khai triển chi tiết cho xưởng.− Hỗ trợ kiểm tra mẫu thực tế khi cần.− Đảm bảo bản vẽ, hồ sơ đúng quy chuẩn.Autocad− Mức độ thuần thục, chuyên giaSketchUp− Mức độ thuần thục, triển khai sản xuấtTin học văn phòng− Biết sử dụng các phần mềm văn phòng ở mức độ cơ bản, có thể trình bày, diễn đạt nội dung và thông tin cần truyền đạt trong dự ánKinh nghiệm & kỹ năng− Từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm về chuyên ngành− Kỹ năng kiểm tra lỗi bản vẽ, quản lý hồ sơ, quản lý thay đổi.− Biết sử dụng phần mềm quản lý công việc nội bộ theo yêu cầu quản lý.
