The Graphic Designer Trainee will be responsible for creating visual content that upholds the hotel's branding standards. Day-to-day tasks will include designing graphics for marketing materials, following branding guidelines, and working on promotion projects. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with various departments to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with Sheraton Hanoi West's brand image.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop media communication tool, e-flyers, printing flyers, Guest contact printing items based on Brand Standard directed by the Director of Marcom or Senior Graphic DesignerMaintain developed artwork library in Sales & Marketing Share driveAttend key meetingsSupport Marketing Communications team upon hotel photography shoots/talentAssist with promotions (eg seasonal sales promotions and special events)Co-ordinate hotel brand standards collateralQualifications0-1 year of experience in Graphic Design. Fresh Graduate or college students are welcome to applyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Adobe Creative Suite with foundational skills in AI & PtsAcceptable command of English languagePlease note that this is an unpaid internship opportunity, ideal for individuals seeking 2–3 months of hands-on experience and industry exposure
