Architectural Draftsman

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior design / fit-out company in Dubai. Follow this link to apply after reading the below description of the role:https://forms.gle/xRKKk6xvRSbyY6yR8Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.Convert 3D renders and sketches into precise technical drawings.Create detailed shop drawings for all interior items.Assist in BOQ preparation and project specifications.Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.Collaborate with engineers/designers and ensure compliance with industry standards.Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Minimum of 5 years working as an Architectural Draftsman in an interior fit-out company in Dubai.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong understanding of materials and finishes.Excellent English communication skills.Ability to work independently without constant supervision.Available to join immediately.Ability to travel or commute to the job location in Al Quoz
