Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the performance and timely completion of all architectural works in accordance with the project master programme.Responsible to manage the coordination.Responsible for the planning and implementation of the project architectural scope of works.Responsible for coordinating all works of nominated & domestic sub-contractors, and that the works are carried out in compliance with the site EHS requirements.Responsible for preparing the weekly / monthly progress report for architectural works to incorporate to the weekly / monthly project progress report.To work with the QS and prepare the schedule for procurement of architectural subcontractors, and materials and the deliveries.To liaise with consultants on all matters relating to all architectural works.To coordinate with the various trades work, to resolve issues and to ensure permanent project works may be implemented and completed in accordance with the project master programme.To assign duties and deploy the site architecture team and manage the team to achieve the works schedule.To support Site Quantity Surveyor on evaluation of quotations from approved vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, for submitting recommendation to PM / Contracts Manager / PD for approval.To support our BIM / Draftsman and/or our subcontractors in the preparation of all architectural drawings.To conduct regular coordination site meetings with the nominated & domestic subcontractor to address and resolve issues to achieve the expected work progress.To attend to all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings.To ensure the relevant coordinator / supervisor issue out the CAR / CAH / NCB forms to the responsible vendors / subcontractors to register the case and keeping the site QS informed.To coordinate and attend to the RI & TOP inspection.To support the Project Director / GM-Contracts / Contracts Manager in finalising accounts of architectural subcontractors.Job RequirementsPossess Degree in Architectural/ Engineering or other related fieldAt least 8 years in Singapore construction with proven track record with A1 contractorsFamiliar with Revit or AutoCAD Proven track record in high-rise, mixed-development, or civilExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
