Company DescriptionDomoa is a cutting-edge luxury real estate development company specializing in on-site 3D-printed concrete construction for upscale residential and boutique hospitality projects in Southeast Asia. The company focuses on combining advanced construction technology, accelerated build timelines, and wellness-oriented architectural concepts to create future-forward living environments. Domoa integrates robotics-enabled construction, material efficiency, and biophilic design principles to deliver premium, sustainable properties. Currently in the technical validation and regulatory licensing phase, Domoa is working on a pilot project that will lay the groundwork for scalable developments and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.Role DescriptionThe Technical Controller (TC) will oversee and ensure that all 3D-printed concrete structural works comply with applicable Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards, regulations, and codes.During the first month, the TC will operate on a retainer basis focused on documentation, compliance preparation, method statements, and technical validation.Once site work commences, the TC will be required to attend site for inspections, monitoring, quality verification, safety compliance, and issuance of required technical records.Responsibilities: Ensuring compliance with the Building Control Act, Building Control Regulations, Eurocodes and SS EN standards.Reviewing, validating, and approving structural details, material specifications, method statements, and RAMS.Overseeing integration between 3D-printed structural walls and traditional structural elements.Conducting on-site technical inspections, quality checks, and documenting findings.Reporting and addressing technical deviations, risks, and non-conformities.Maintaining all required technical records and documentation for BCA audits, submissions, and licence compliance.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognised institution (acceptable under PEB or BCA lists).Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the specialist construction work class (e.g., structural / precast / 3D-printed structural systems) after obtaining the degree.Preferable: experience in advanced construction technologies (e.g., 3D printing), precast fabrication, digital fabrication and on-site structural compliance.
