You'll work on a variety of commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and international projects, reporting to a Project Manager, and producing high-quality Revit construction drawings.What You'll DoAssemble construction drawing sets from schematic design through construction administration in Revit, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, wall details, and more.Prepare client presentations, design development documentation, construction documentation, contract administration packages, and authority submissions.Stay current with design trends, building systems, codes, and technical developments to maintain and improve your technical and design skills.Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is delivered on schedule.Collaborate effectively with project teams of 3-30 members.What We're Looking For:4+ years of experience as an Architectural Technologist with strong commercial project experience.Experience on large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use, or institutional buildings (hospitals, transit, or similar) is a strong asset.Proficient in producing Contract Documents in Revit (current versions).Experience with Newforma is a plus.Strong knowledge of building technology, construction methodology, materials, and manufacturer requirements.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within project teams.If you are a detail-oriented technologist looking to work on impactful, high-profile projects, apply now!
