Your responsibilities will include: Be the First Smile our guests see:
provide genuine, positive and cheerful attitude towards our guestsGuest Check-In & Check-Out: Deliver smooth, professional, and friendly arrival and departure experiences. Guest Relations: Provide accurate information, assistance, and recommendations to enhance the guest journey. Reservation Handling: Manage bookings via phone, email, and booking platforms. Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping, restaurant, and activity teams to ensure flawless service. Administrative Support: Handle daily reception duties including payments, reports, and correspondence. What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in hotel reception or front desk operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming, service-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office tools. Fluent in English (additional languages such as Finnish, French, German or Italian are a plus). Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bonus: experience using CRM systems, Cloudbeds, Fareharbour, Profitroom or similar.
