Work in highly collaborative teams to build high-quality code. Develop software application solutions of intermediate to complex complexity for assigned projects. Code, test, debug, and document application systems to meet client requirements and identify system needs. Design, develop, and test software for new products and ongoing maintenance projects. Investigate issues and provide support for production systems. Coordinate with development team members such as designers and programmers. Create application prototypes for user testing and gather feedback on design and functionality.

Review technical documentation (user manuals, installation guides) to ensure accuracy and consistency. Perform quality assurance testing on applications to identify bugs or issues that need fixing. Collaborate with IT staff on projects involving multiple departments. គុណវុឌ្ឍិនិងសមត្ថភាព(English)Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Java application development, ideally in banking or related systems. Strong technical knowledge in programming languages and frameworks: Java, JSP, CSS, HTML, jQuery, Bootstrap. Proficient in databases: Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server (T-SQL), MySQL; experience with REST API, SOAP, and web services.

Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and project management principles. Good knowledge of financial/accounting principles and banking operations. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong listening ability, patience, and reporting skills. Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and system design analysis. Strong commitment to working under pressure and ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
