Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Marsa Alam or / and Makadi for an Area Learning and Development Manager. The role involves designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and fostering leadership development. The manager will assess training needs, create instructional materials, and deliver training sessions to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaboration with department heads to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals is also a key responsibility.
