Area Manager – East & Central Africa

Leading distributor of international perfumes and cosmetics in travel retail is seeking an Area Manager – East & Central Africa - Based in Dubai (Jebel Ali Free Zone)You are a dynamic sales professional with a solid background in perfume and cosmetics distribution.You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of travel retail clients and developing sales for the luxury brands in our portfolio across East and Central Africa.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClient Management & Business DevelopmentManage and monitor your client portfolio on a daily basis.Strengthen long-term relationships with travel retail partners.Introduce and establish new brands within your market.Identify and develop new points of sale to expand brand visibility.Define and implement in-store promotions in collaboration with brand managers.Sales Monitoring & ReportingTrack monthly turnover and ensure achievement of sales targets.Work closely with brand managers to analyze performance and propose corrective actions.Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.Travel across your region at least three times a year (approx. two months total travel annually).PROFILEYour strengthsMinimum 5 years’ experience in perfume and cosmetics distribution (travel retail experience is an asset).Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Organized, committed, and highly motivated.Team-oriented, diplomatic, and adaptable.Your skillsExcellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.Fluent English (French is an advantage).Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.Excellent presentation and grooming.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSAED 22,000 per monthAnnual return flight ticketHealth insurance
