Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin Manager to oversee the real estate sales inventory lifecycle. This role is responsible for managing property inventory across all projects, ensuring real-time accuracy, availability, allocation, and reporting of units to support the sales and marketing functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate inventory systems, sales coordination, and administrative control, particularly within the UAE’s dynamic property market.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory ManagementMaintain and manage master inventory across all residential and commercial real estate projects.Monitor availability, reservations, sales, cancellations, and reassignments of units.Coordinate with sales agents and project teams to update and reflect inventory changes in real time.Ensure that all unit statuses (available, blocked, booked, sold, on hold) are accurately reflected in CRM/ERP systems.Sales AdministrationSupervise preparation and processing of booking forms, reservation agreements, and Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA).Track and monitor all sales documents to ensure proper archiving and compliance.Liaise with the legal and finance teams to ensure contracts, invoices, and receipts are issued correctly and on time.System & Data ManagementEnsure CRM and inventory management systems are updated and integrated effectively.Generate real-time inventory availability reports and sales pipeline dashboards for management and sales teams.Coordinate with IT or software vendors for system enhancements or issue resolution.Compliance & ControlEnsure inventory controls are in line with UAE real estate regulations and internal policies.Work closely with DLD and RERA requirements regarding off-plan sales, escrow tracking, and unit release.Regularly audit inventory reports to ensure data accuracy and prevent overbooking or duplication.Coordination & CommunicationAct as a central point of contact between sales, marketing, project, and finance teams regarding inventory status.Assist in launching new projects by preparing inventory structures, pricing input, and unit availability mapping.Provide training and support to sales and admin staff on inventory processes and system usage.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.10+ years of experience in real estate sales administration or inventory control, preferably within the UAE market.Strong knowledge of UAE real estate sales processes, DLD/RERA regulations, and off-plan project procedures.Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software (e.g., Salesforce, Masterkey, PropSpace, or custom ERP platforms).Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.Preferred QualificationsExperience with property developers in the UAE.Familiarity with launching and closing off-plan projects.Arabic language skills are a plus.
