You’ll drive strategic growth, manage major accounts, and build strong relationships with customers from different sectors. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical and commercial expertise, and can work independently to deliver results in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.Manage and grow key accounts across different market segments.Build long-term partnerships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.Maintain sales activity report covering customer visits, inquiries, quotations, and order status.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.4–7 years of sales experience in diesel generators or power equipment.Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the UAE market.Strong technical knowledge of generator systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.UAE driving license required.Arabic is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and commissions.Car with fuel and salik allowanceOpportunity to lead strategic accounts and grow within the company.Positive and dynamic work environmentOpportunity to lead strategic accounts and grow into a leadership role.
