We also publish regular GRI-certified sustainability reports, underlining our dedication to future generations.Now, as part of our continued international growth, we are looking for an experienced Area Manager (Pharmacy Channel) to lead sales growth and manage strategic pharmacy accounts in Albania. In this role, you will be responsible for driving performance across the pharmacy channel, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and maximizing product visibility and commercial success in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory strategies to grow sales and market share within the pharmacy channel.Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships with key pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and high-potential accounts.Act as the main point of contact for pharmacy decision-makers, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.Conduct frequent field visits to strengthen relationships, monitor performance, and ensure optimal product visibility and availability.Identify new business opportunities and implement action plans aligned with commercial strategies.Negotiate commercial agreements and monitor performance, collaborating with internal teams such as Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and Supply Chain.Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support strategic decisions.Prepare sales forecasts and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Report activities, market developments, and growth initiatives to upper management in a timely and accurate manner.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related fields.Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on the pharmacy channel.Proven track record in managing key pharmacy accounts or similar roles (e.g., Area/Regional Manager, Pharmacy Channel Representative).Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English and at least one Balkan language.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).Results-oriented mindset, strong analytical thinking, and ability to work independently in a dynamic field environment.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
