With skilled technicians and state-of-the-art equipment, Rapide has been in operation for 20 years and continues to expand its presence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Area Manager at Rapide. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple service centers, ensuring operational efficiency, implementing strategic plans, and optimizing customer service experiences on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsExperience in automotive service management, operations, and customer serviceKnowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processesStrong leadership and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven track record in team management and developmentAbility to analyze data and make strategic decisionsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related fieldPreferably from NCRMust have a valid driver's license
