In return, you'll receive a competitive package, fast-tracked development, and the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, growing retail environment.Your day-to-day:Lead and manage a district, with direct line responsibility for all Store Managers.Foster a positive, motivated work environment and ensure effective team collaboration.Develop, coach, and support Store Managers to drive performance.Analyse and optimise stock flow and perform regular cash management checks.Conduct district tours alongside the Sales Executive.Support key projects through analysis and actionable feedback.Oversee store refurbishments, openings, and re-openings.Create and execute annual business plans and staffing strategies.Set and track KPIs aligned with company goals.Ensure successful implementation of company strategy across the district.Prepare for and contribute to Area Manager meetings.Experience Required:A minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline, or at least three years of management experienceStrong communication, planning, organisational, and analytical skillsA full UK driving licenceA motivated, flexible, and hard-working leadership styleExperience in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to lead and inspire teamsA genuine interest in building a long-term retail careerMulti-site or Area Manager experience is a plusBenefits:Starting salary of €74,000 for Trainee Area Managers, rising to €84,500–€114,000 within 3 yearsFlexiwage options to split your monthly salary into weekly or fortnightly payments25 days annual leaveCompany pension after 6 monthsPrivate medical insuranceFully expensed company carEmployee discounts, including Circle K and Three mobile/broadbandEnhanced leave: Maternity/Paternity top-up, Marriage leaveBike to Work SchemeEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)Structured training and development, including mentorship and leadership opportunitiesHigh performers may be invited to join our Leadership Academy for continued growth and advancement
